Absolutely amazing pizza! The taste was fresh and delicious, with a perfectly crispy crust and generous toppings. The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and everything arrived hot. One of the best pizza places I’ve tried. Highly recommended to anyone looking for great quality pizza. Will definitely order again

The pizza was very very bad. The dough was hard and seems like it was old and tastes yukhhh. The cheese was also very hard and smells bad. DISAPPOINTED.
It was not the first time I ordered it.
I got a take away pizza and when I called them to make a complaint the staff member pass the phone to the manager and the manager was very very rude and didn’t even try to help and started arguing. When I asked his name he got offended and said mohammad when I asked for his full name he started arguing again and said you are making false complains.
Poor customer service. You should train your staff to be nice and listen first what your customer is telling you first instead for blaming them that you came 15 mins late.
The management should act on the bad behaviour of the manager!!!
I will never order again.
Veryyy bas experience.

I ordered a 14-inch pizza, but unfortunately it arrived undercooked. The dough in the centre was raw, and only the edges were properly baked. I could only manage to eat one slice before realising the pizza was not safe to eat.
What disappointed me even more was the customer service. When I called to report the issue, the staff member's first question was, "How many pieces did you eat?" rather than apologising or showing concern about the quality of the food. I found this response unprofessional and lacking basic customer service etiquette. If I can see less than one rating that’s enough for them.

To be honest, I’ve never tasted pizza like this before. American Pizza is one of the best in Walthamstow. The flavour is amazing, pure Asian style and very different from normal pizza. Fresh, tasty, and definitely worth trying. Fully recommend.

Ordered online via their website double deal 1 which states they give 5 peri peri wings. Get 4 chicken strips instead. Called the shop and they said website needs updating and also mentioned drink they gave was wrong. As a business people should expect some level of integrity from them espcially when you get things wrong. Not a big deal but I suppose the response is what makes it. Kind of a meh response hence the review. My first time ordering here so not a good impression. Trying to remain as fair as possible and have to say that the food was really tasty and pizza rivals that of the popular local place that has awful customer service. So I will be ordering again but not using their website and if there's a repeat of this then will avoid the place. Probably best to just go there when ordering.
